Managing User IDs is a simple process. Follow these step by step directions to add, remove o purchase additional users.
ADD NEW USER IDs
- To create additional user IDs, login to NovaTax and click on Account.
- Click on Manage User IDs.
- Click on Assign Another User ID
PURCHASE ADDITIONAL USER IDs
If you have filled your available ID seats, you can purchase more by clicking the "Purchase Additional User IDs."
REMOVE USER IDs
You can also remove user IDs.
Under the Other Users list, you will see the current user IDs.
To remove an ID, click on the trashcan associated with the User ID you want to delete.
You will be prompted to confirm your choice.
